Eligibility:-

Applicant must be permanent resident of Haryana.
Applicant should be related to BPL Candidate of Any Category.
The applicant’s name should be in of BPL list or Income less than 1.80 Lakh Rs.
The family income of the beneficiary is less than Rs. 1.80 lakh per annum as verified in Family Information Data Repository (FIDR) database.
The beneficiary is having Family ID/Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) number.
The beneficiary is above the age of 5 years and upto the age of 60 years.

Documents Required:-

Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP).
Aadhar linked bank Account Verified in PPP.
Aadhar card is required.
Death Certificate (Accidental death / Natural death) // Permanent Disability Certificate
BPL Ration Card.

Claim Procedure:-

The claim shall be filed by beneficiary/claimant through the online portal of the scheme within three months of accidental death/ natural death/ permanent disability
In case of death, the assistance amount shall be paid to the Head of the family in their bank account registered in the PPP database or linked to the Aadhar number of Head of family.
In case of permanent disability, the assistance amount shall be paid to the beneficiary in his bank account registered in the PPP database or linked to the Aadhar number of Head of family.
In case of death/permanent disability of the Head of family in PPP, the assistance amount shall be paid to the eldest member of the family below the age of 60 years in PPP database.

Firstly visit on DAPSY Portal Haryana.
Fill Family id and fetch data.
Fill all required details according as application form.
Before Final submitting of application, Candidate must be verify all details carefully.

How much Benefits or Assistance Provided:-

The scheme will provide the below mentioned assistance which would vary depending on the age of the beneficiary:-

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Parivar Suraksha Yojana :- दीन दयाल उपाध्याय अंत्योदय परिवार सुरक्षा योजना हरियाणा सरकार ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 के बजट में ‘दीन दयाल उपाध्याय अंत्योदय परिवार सुरक्षा योजना’ शुरू करने की घोषणा की है। इस योजना के तहत परिवार सूचना डेटा रिपॉजिटरी (एफआईडीआर) में सत्यापित आंकड़ों के आधार पर 5 वर्ष से अधिक और 60 वर्ष की आयु तक 1.80 लाख रुपये से कम वार्षिक आय वाले परिवार के सदस्य की मृत्यु या स्थायी विकलांगता पर वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी। यह योजना मृत्यु या स्थायी विकलांगता के समय व्यक्ति की आयु के आधार पर सहायता प्रदान करेगी। इस योजना के तहत, दी जाने वाली सहायता 5 वर्ष से ऊपर और 12 वर्ष तक 1 लाख रुपये, 12 वर्ष से ऊपर 2 लाख रुपये और 18 वर्ष तक, 18 वर्ष से ऊपर 3 लाख रुपये और 25 वर्ष तक की सहायता है। 25 वर्ष और 40 वर्ष से ऊपर 5 लाख और रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता। 40 से 60 वर्ष की आयु के ऊपर 2 लाख रुपये दिए जाएंगे। इस लाभ में प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योति बीमा योजना और प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना के तहत मिलने वाली 2 लाख रुपये की राशि भी शामिल होगी। गरीब परिवारों को समाज की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ना हरियाणा सरकार की पहली प्राथमिकता है और रहेगी।
